BRIGHT’s latest solar lamp, Sol, provides comfortable and evenly distributed light as a lantern, hanging or wall lamp, or at higher settings, serves as a reading or work light. And, the casing is made from 100% recycled plastic!
Sol is light to carry, simple to use, and designed for easy maintenance and repair. Developed on BRIGHT’s sustainable design platform, Sol results from several years of market research and customer- and user feedback.
Choose from three battery capacities to best suit your needs: Basic-, Mid or High Capacity.
-Basic Capacity, up to 130 hours of light on a single charge)
-Mid Capacity, up to 280 hrs of light on a single charge
-High Capacity, up to 580 hours (!) of light on a single charge

Sol provides comfortable and evenly distributed light as a lantern, hanging or wall lamp, or at higher settings serve as a reading or work light. It can charge your mobile phone too.

The need of the user or settlement may vary from situation to situation. Sol comes in three different capacities: 5.12 Wh, 11.52 Wh 23.04 Wh to better accommodate this.

Sol is robust, weatherproof (and IP67 on ports) are designed to last at least five years when used daily.

The compact design and lighter weight of Sol makes it is easier to carry and place. The compact size of the packaged product also means more products can be shipped in a container giving a lower transport cost per product.

Replacing a kerosene lamp with Sol will save you US$100-$300 in fuel costs and save the environment from several hundred kgs CO2e.

When the time comes (after 5 years or more), replacing the battery is simple and often all that is needed to get more years of use.
