There are not green lights when lamp is plugged in.

Before any repair, please try plugging the lamp into the solar panel on a sunny day. If possible, plug the lamp into a USB charging adapter and try charging that way too. If you cannot see a green blinking light, it is a sign that your lamp's electronic board (PCB) is broken. Follow the guide below:
