The lamp is not charging

There are several reasons why your lamp might not charge correctly. For example, a damaged input port (DC or USB) can prevent you from correctly connecting the charging cable. Alternatively, you may see the green blinking light when plugged in, but the battery will not hold a charge. Select from the options below the issue with your lamp:
