BRIGHT’s commitment to sustainability extends beyond environmental practices to fostering a workplace culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This policy applies to all employees, contractors, stakeholders, and partners working with or representing BRIGHT. Expectations

All BRIGHT employees, Board of Directors, suppliers, business partners and other parties linked to the company’s operations, products or services are expected to comply with this Policy. We aim to establish business relationships with business partners that share the same principles and commitment to DEI.

Implementation

It is the responsibility of the CEO and the Management Team to reflect this Policy's DEI commitments into the company's strategy and ensure that any breaches are investigated. The Management Team is responsible for applying this Policy in the operational procedures and systems.

Review and Continual Improvement

This DEI policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Updates will incorporate feedback from employees, industry trends, and evolving legal standards.

Communication

This Policy will be publicly available and accessible at BRIGHT Products website, included in onboarding materials, and shared with external partners to affirm BRIGHT’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity.
