BRIGHT Attains ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Certifications

We are very pleased to announce our recent achievement of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards continued excellence and sustainability. These globally recognized certifications underscore our unwavering commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and customer satisfaction and align perfectly with our core values.

As a small organization with complex processes operating in a global market, having certified quality and environmental management systems significantly strengthens our capacity to evolve successfully in parallel with changing user needs, customer requirements and regulatory demands.

Rigorous journey towards ISO certification

BRIGHT's Head of Sales & Partnerships and Management Representative Madeleine Kjellevand has led the process internally; she reflects, “Our journey toward obtaining these certifications has been a rigorous process, with an amazing effort by the entire BRIGHT team."

The process included, among other things:

  • Develop a certifiable quality management system and set up its platform. We have chosen to do so on EG Landax
  • Thorough documentation review.
  • Initial evaluations.
  • Addressing any areas of non-compliance.
  • A comprehensive internal audit of our main processes and management
