I have 15 years of experience from managing customer service in the sports industry, with front and back-office functions and sales support. My main expertise is in implementing strategic frameworks for international customer service.

I live in Norway. Although you need to be comfortable with cold weather, it is a country where you are free to assemble your tent almost everywhere - a great starting point for exploring the mountains and finding a quiet spot in nature.

Born and raised in Iceland, I used to take electricity for granted. Iceland can get very dark in the winter time but we are fortunate to have more than enough inexpensive and renewable energy to brighten up our lives. So I never really thought about how many people in the world live off-grid. Light being so important, e.g. helping people feel safe and giving them freedom to read and educate themselves even during dark hours.

After my studies in Iceland I moved to Germany. I found my calling in the supply chain, working among other areas in customer service, logistics, production planning, import and export. After 15 exciting years it was time to take on new challenges. I moved to Norway to be closer to my family, some of whom live here. Living just an hour train ride outside Oslo I can enjoy the beautiful nature right in front of my door.

I believe companies like Bright are making history; companies that aim to improve lives with renewable sources. I’m very proud to be a part of that and I’m ready to open my eyes to a world of new possibilities!
