There are not green lights when lamp is plugged in.

Before any repair, please try plugging the lamp to the solar panel on a sunny day. If possible too, plug g the lamp to a USB charging adapter. If you are still not able to see a green blinking light, it is a sign that your lamp's electronic board is broken. Follow the guide below:
